(Sanskrit) means established in oneself. To be established
in oneself implies both a healthy sense of esteem and life purpose, as well a vibrant, spiritual connection with the universe. This translation illuminates the Ayurvedic perspective of health as a state of harmony among all aspects of the self: physical, spiritual, and mental.
