Our Mission
to provide our community with mind-body-spirit wellness through
- an integrative ayurvedic practice
- education on ayurveda and health
- and ayurvedic supplies and herbal formulations
Milestones since our birth
- founded the first ayurvedic wellness center in Long Beach, CA
- founded the first donation-based yoga studio in Long Beach, CA
- created job opportunities for over 45 individuals in our community
- put over $60,000 back in the hands of our community members through job creation
- over 100 clients served
- introduced over 150 community members to ayurveda through free lectures
