How much can I expect my order to be?

In general, 200g of any loose herbal formula is $34. 200 count of any capped herbal formula is $44. 8oz herbal oils are $22. Other popular orders: chyawanprash $30; She-ghee $25; Toothpaste $5

When can I pick up my order?

ORDERS SUBMITTED BY 3p on THURSDAY will be ready the following MONDAY for pick up. We will call or email you when your order is ready. If you have a preference, please let us know when you email in your order. Our reception is open from Mon-Fri 8:30a to 5p. If you need to come in on a Sat am, please let us know by the Friday before, and we can usually accommodate that.

Where do I park for order pick up?

We have a special arrangement with our building. Just let the parking attendant know that you are to “make a delivery” and you can park in the “20min delivery” spots right by the parking gates. You have a 20min grace to pick up the order. Having your payment ready will speed things up We do not validate for herbal order pick up. If there is a problem with your order and you need more time, we will be happy to validate while we fix your order.

What form of payment can I use for pick up?

We do not accept credit cards at the reception. If you bring cash, please have it in an envelope. We happily accept checks made out to Svastha Health, and you can pay for your order online via your MINDBODY profile using a credit card. Here on MINDBODY, you can also view your purchase history, and invoice and payment history, as well as order status. We no longer provide paper invoices.

What about shipping costs?

In general, one order of caps or tea will cost $4 to ship locally. If you have a few items, we will use Priority Mail Shipping, and it is based on the weight of the order.  Clients pay for shipping. We do not use delivery confirmation or insurance.

What if I have a question about the herbs I’m on?

We do make it a point to reference your chart. So if you tell us you would like your digestive tea, we will look up which digestive tea you are currently on. If you have a question regarding the specific herbs, please email Dr. Mohan directly at inspired @ svasthahealth.com (no spaces)
